Art Options

We have converted to direct to plate and this has changed some of our requirements and our available options.

 

First, we would be happy to do any design work you require.

 

If you desire to do your own art work or have someone else do the design here are the options:

           1. We prefer all art be sent to us as High-Resolution PDF files. The colors must be set to CMYK for color.

                      RGB files will not work. If the job requires spot colors then care must be taken to insure the original

                       art and the PDF are set up correctly for spot colors.

 

           2. We can handle other formats such as Quark Express, Indesign, Publisher, and Pagemaker 6.5 for PC only.

                      Be sure to include all fonts and links to the graphics and pictures. In some circumstances we can use

                      Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, however, these can only be single color or process color. Two and

                      three color spot job will not separate correctly.

 

           3. If you send camera ready art we will need to scan it. This is great for single color jobs but multi-color

                      spot will require some computer time for us.
